Lizzie Scheader is an interdisciplinary artist and writer, specializing in production arts, installation, and creative non fiction. She has been featured in various exhibitions and publications, throughout New York, Montreal, Singapore, and France. Her work centers around showcasing personal narratives through multiple mediums, ranging from paper making to editorial production, exploring themes of sexuality, religion, and feminism, within the lens of fashion, film, writing, and sculpture. She consistently upholds the mission of displaying crass vulnerability through abstract and accessible ways. In addition to her professional projects, she teaches community writing workshops that center creativity and craft, and is an active member in Nest, a local literary collective, where she assists in the curation and production of biannual anthologies. She is based in Queens, and recommends you read her poems with your morning tea.*
